渦輪盤是航天工業(yè)和能源工業(yè)采用拉削技術zui主要的產(chǎn)品。渦輪盤的直徑大小不一，盤中有放射狀分布的榫槽。此榫槽的加工精度、表面粗糙度都要求非常高，加工材料都是高溫合金，非常難以加工。因此，采用拉削是非常適應且較為經(jīng)濟的—種方法。拉削渦輪盤可根據(jù)被加工零件的實際情況采用大小不同的臥式拉床，采用分刀多級加工，我們也可采用拉削加工中心，具備自動拉削功能（備配刀具庫）。

另外，我們也生產(chǎn)立式的拉削汽輪機葉片的拉床，葉片的拉削是一種非常典型的拉削過程，由于品種繁多，且表面粗糙度要求也高，我們生產(chǎn)各類立式、臥式低速拉床加工不同品種葉片。同時，更換夾具后，也可拉削渦輪盤榫槽。

側臥拉床特點：

采用電氣、機械驅動，平衡性更好，刀具壽命更長，粗糙度更好，行程大，主溜板上可一次裝夾總長為4000mm的拉刀，并可同時裝夾三排拉刀；工位數(shù)可根據(jù)需要增加；夾具可根據(jù)需要更換，便于拉削不同的品種。

It is very hard to processing as mortise usually made by high-temperature alloy and requires high accuracy and good  surface  roughness. Thus, broaching is suitable and economical different horizontal.

Features of horizontal side broaching machine: It adopts electric and mechanical drive which with good balance. longer cutter life and better roughness. With long stroke. the main sliding plate can installed on broach of 4000mm and fix three rows broaches once. Fixture can change according to the requirements， for broaching different work piece.
