數(shù)控內(nèi)螺旋拉床主要應(yīng)用于汽車、摩托車、農(nóng)機(jī)、航空及工程機(jī)械等行業(yè)產(chǎn)品的內(nèi)螺旋齒、螺線的加工制造。其加工尺寸和形狀位置精度高、效率高、操作維修方便、加工成本低且易實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化，數(shù)控內(nèi)螺旋拉床的應(yīng)用范圍日益廣泛，其工藝范圍也由一般的內(nèi)孔和平面拉削擴(kuò)展到較復(fù)雜的型面加工。

本機(jī)床采用FANUC伺服機(jī)械傳動(dòng)，工作平穩(wěn)，能無級(jí)調(diào)速；機(jī)床的工作臺(tái)與主滑板為整體式，由伺服電機(jī)和滾珠絲桿帶動(dòng)上、下移動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)拉削，機(jī)床在拉削運(yùn)動(dòng)Z軸上利用光柵尺，在旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)C軸上使用雙蝸輪蝸桿和角度編碼器，有效保證了機(jī)床的運(yùn)行精度，其工效可提高10倍以上。
